3. In the Comments group, click “Show Markup”.
4. To move between comments use the Previous and Next buttons appears in the Comments group.

HOW TO PLAY SOUND ACROSS ON MULTIPLE SLIDES

1. Add a sound, if you have not already done so:

2. In Normal view, click the slide to which you want to add a sound.

3. On the Insert tab, in the Media Clips group, click the arrow under Sound.

4. Click Sound from Clip Organizer

5. Click Insert to insert sound clip.

6. Click on the sound icon, and click Custom Animation under Animation Tab.

7. In the drop‐down list of the sound, choose Effect Options. Then the Play Sound interface appears. In the Effect tab, click the radio button beside Stop Playing After XXX slides (which indicates how many slides you want this song to play across) to enter the number of slides you intend to add. For example, you can enter a number from 1 to 999 for this field. Then the sound will play throughout the specified slides.

8. Next, check the settings in the Timing tab. To play automatically, you can set to Start After Previous with a 0-second delay. Click OK to exit the dialog box.

9. Then go to Sound Settings tab, adjust the sound volume as you like. You can also tick to hide sound icon during slideshow if you don’t want it appear. Then click ok.

How To Play Sound Across Multiple Slides (PDF)

HOW TO ADD A FOOTER ON A SLIDE

1. In the Header and Footer dialog box, on the Slide tab, select the Footer check box, and then type the text that you want to appear in the center bottom of the slide. 

2. Select any other options that you want, and then do one of the following: To display footer information on the selected slide only, click Apply.

To display footer information on all of the slides in your presentation, click Apply to All.

How To Add Footer To A Slide(PDF)

 Get rid of the sound icon in your PowerPoint presentations. Here’s how: 

1. Click on the Insert tab of the ribbon.
2. Click the drop down arrow under the Sound icon on the right side of the ribbon.
3. Select Sound from Clip Organizer.
4. Keywords are search terms you would use to narrow the search for a specific sound clip.
5. In the task pane on the right side of the PowerPoint 2007 screen, enter one or more keywords to search for sound clips.
6. For example; if you are searching for Telephone sound clips, enter the word “Telephone” in the Search for: text box. There is no need to capitalize the search word(s).
7. To insert sound clip, click on the drop down arrow and click insert. Once you have chosen the sound clip to play in your PowerPoint 2007 presentation, you will be prompted for whether to play this sound clip automatically when the slide is presented, or to play the sound on the click of the mouse.
8. Click on the sound file icon on the slide.
9. The ribbon should change to the contextual menu for sound.
