HOW TO SHOW MARKUPS AND REVIEW COMMENTS IN POWERPOINT

1. Follow the following steps to Show markup and review comments in PowerPoint 2007.
2. Click on “Review” tab.
3. In the Comments group, click “Show Markup”.
4. To move between comments use the Previous and Next buttons appears in the Comments group.
5. To hide the comments, repeat step 3.
